Best local spots get the most of Arizona weather

Everyone knows that the best part about Arizona is the weather, and we’ve still got a few more weeks of the good stuff before we hit the summer heat. There are a number of great ways to enjoy the breeze, and the prime location of The Premiere at Dana Park luxury apartments make it the perfect spot to start from.

Baseball, anyone? Hohokam Stadium — just 8 miles from The Premiere — hosts the Chicago Cubs for Spring Training, and there’s nothing like enjoying a cold beer at a breezy ball game. Check out the schedule for the Chicago Cubs here.

Hiking and Park Visits

One of the best parts of enjoying spring in Arizona is enjoying the outdoors. Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch features over 4.5 miles of hiking trails and 70 acres of lakes. Freestone park is great for kids, being 88 acres of space that also features a mini amusement park. Both parks are less than 3.5 miles from The Premiere.

For the history fans, Mesa offers a number of cultural attractions. Falcon Field hosts the Commemorative Air Force Museum, which holds a number of aircraft from WW2 and other notable events. The Mesa Arts Center also hosts a number of great works of arts and is just little over 6 miles away.
